Attorney Norman C. Steimel III
After completing a clerkship at the Missouri Court of Appeals – Southern District in Springfield, Missouri, Attorney Norman C. Steimel III joined a St. Charles law firm in 1980. A 1978 graduate of the Washington University School of Law, Attorney Steimel practiced law in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area, until his appointment in 1995 as Family Court Commissioner for the Circuit Court of St. Charles County, Missouri. Elected Associate Circuit Judge in 2006, Attorney Steimel continued to serve as a judge of the Circuit Court of St. Charles County, Missouri until his retirement in 2022.
